will be paired up with one other individual.

other day at home with no equipment as a "cooldown"
workout for the week.

as cardio on various machines.

of training whether it be a phone call, e-mail, or text
message.

Semi-Personal Training
NOTE: THIS IS AN ADULT PROGRAM FOR THOSE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER.
Lean Body Fitness, LLC also offers 13-week sessions of semi personal training.

The training involves:
The piece about this Program is that it REQUIRES
dedication. You NEED to show up to each session. No
make up sessions are allowed.

You have 13 weeks. You need to make the best of
them. Mike will push you hard with the workouts, and
YOU have to stay as strict as you can with your diet to
get the results that YOU want.

I am currently in the middle of a 13 week program
with clients.

But, during the program, we'll go 6 weeks straight.
Then we'll take a week off to give your body a break.

Then we'll go back at it again for another 6 weeks.
You can do a lot in 13 weeks. Look at the winners of the past Fat Loss Class Transformation contest finalists to
see how BIG of a transformation can happen in just a SHORT 3 MONTHS.

The cost of the 13-week program is $274.

Don't worry if you can't pay it in full. All you need to do is put a $74 deposit down a couple of weeks before we
start, and then pay $100 on the first day of the program, and then the balance of $100 six weeks after that.

All sessions are held in various slots between 5:30 - 7:30 pm and these slots fill up QUICK so if you're interested
