Lean Body Fat Loss Training is a personalized semi-rpivate training with me based on your goals. This isn't a program that I just pull out of a computer and hand it to you. It's not a program where everyone gets the same workout regardless of what his or her goal is.
This program is designed for YOU, based on what your goal is, what your fitness experience is, and based on how much time you can set aside to do the workouts. And to top it off, the training sessions are semi-private in my home. Meaning, you won't have strangers watching your every move as you would in your everyday gym.
WHAT YOU GET FROM ME:
- Semi-private personal training with you and possibly one other person in the same session. If you prefer to do these workout completely by yourself, you can do that although the cost is more. The program length is for half-hour sessions, for 12 weeks, 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
- A program designed specifically for you taking into consideration any physical ailments that you have.
- Nutrition. Very important. In fact, 75% of the results that you're going to get from this program are based on keeping your eating in line. I will be providing you with an eating plan and I will be nagging you to make sure you stick with it!
- You'll also be able to contact me throughout the program via phone or e-mail with any questions that you may have on anything dealing with health and fitness.
HOW THE PLAN WORKS:
- The first four weeks is a preparatory phase where you do the workouts at home on your own three times a week or if you want to do this phase at my home with me, you can do that as well.
- Then you'll do a second phase with me in my home for another four weeks, three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), and then we will take a week off.
- After that week off, we'll go through the third phase again with me, three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) for four weeks in my home to really blast the rest of that fat off and firm things up.
So, how much is all of this going to cost you?
THE COST FOR THE ENTIRE 12-WEEK PLAN:
Semi-private sessions:
- $199 if you do the first 4 weeks of the program on your own at your home or in a health club that you can use.
- $274 if you do the entire 12 week program with me at my home.
Completely private sessions:
- $299 if you do the first 4 weeks of the program on your own at your home or in a health club that you can use.
- $399 if you do the entire 12 week program with me at my home.
